Hello!

I have had the wonderful opportunity of choosing the career of Holistic Medicine.  My journey started 33 years ago.  I started my education in the Chiropractic and Nutrition field.  I owned my own healthfood store and cafe.  I counseled in the field of nutrition and allergies.

It is not what is in our past, nor what lies before us.  It is what is within us!

After a head injury, 7 surgeries, and being disabled and bedridden for 12 plus years, I realized my goals in life were probably not real attainable.  The more I thought about it, while laying in bed, I knew I had to fight to get my health back. I fought and fought!  I still fight every day!  There is a price to pay for everything, and it isnt always just money!  I buckled down and went to 3 years of intense physical therapy. I did  home exercises, and anything else that would help me.  All along it was "MY MUSCLES" that needed the help.  I am now a licensed massage therapist (LMT).  My self discipline paid off!! 

I know CHRONIC PAIN.  I know nerve damage! I know arthritis!
